Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
1. Free Trial
New clients receive a 30-day free trial. During the trial, clients can evaluate Braynix Books without entering card details in the app.
2. Paid Plans
After the trial ends, selected sections may be locked until a subscription is active. Current launch pricing is displayed on the Pricing page. We may update pricing with reasonable advance notice.
3. Billing Provider
When paid billing is enabled, payments will be processed by a secure third-party payment provider. Braynix Books does not collect card numbers, CVC codes, or bank credentials inside the browser app.
4. Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation by contacting support@braynixbooks.com. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may provide refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, or service failures that prevent normal use. We generally do not refund partial billing periods after a client has used the service, unless required by law or agreed by support.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails after billing is enabled, Braynix Books may temporarily restrict paid sections until payment is resolved. Client data remains stored according to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
7. Data Export
Clients can export their company data from Settings. We recommend exporting a backup before cancelling or deleting an account.
